Apex Oktoberfest 2026

Sponsored by Apex American Legion Post 124. Participation contributes to funding community projects, scholarships, youth and veteran programs, outreach, and patriotic events.

Date: October 10, 2026, starting at 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Apex Town Hall Campus, 73 Hunter Street, Apex, NC

Oktoberfest will be held rain or shine, with most activities conducted in a large, covered tent. The event is accessible for individuals with disabilities; a limited number of handicapped parking spaces are available at the town hall and accessible restroom facilities are provided. 

Admission is free.

The event opens with town and Legion officials, accompanied by the Apex High School Marching Band.  Music from the Little German Band is scheduled from 1 PM to 4 PM, followed by For The People Band after 4 PM. Dancing will take place in the main event tent throughout the day.

Food and beverages can be purchased using tickets, with ticket sales and age verification beginning at noon and continuing all day. Proof of age and a wristband are required to purchase alcoholic beverages, which must be bought at the event and consumed within designated areas.  You can purchase tickets with cash, debit card or credit card.  We do not offer advance ticket sales.

In accordance with town regulations, pets are not permitted.

Food options include bratwurst, hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn, and cotton candy. Beer is provided by Bombshell Beer Company, Tobacco Wood Brewing Company, and The Mason Jar Lager Company. Other beverage choices include wine, non-alcoholic beer, and products from Pepsi such as Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Starry, Pepsi Zero, Starry Zero, Diet Dew, and Aquafina Water.

The Kid Zone includes a bounce house, karate, face painting, and crafts. Kid activities are free of charge.
